In Zambia, public education is not truly free — families are required to pay fees for tuition, uniforms, and supplies. For many in our community, where putting food on the table is already a daily struggle, these costs make education simply out of reach.

Our school removes that barrier. Students receive a high-quality, tuition-free education supported entirely by donations. Beyond the classroom, they gain practical life skills that open doors to future opportunities — including training in farming, tailoring, and, soon, mechanical skills.

This holistic approach equips students not only to pass exams, but to build livelihoods and break the cycle of poverty for good.

At our school, we believe that no child should suffer due to lack of medical care. That’s why we cover 100% of our students' medical expenses — including treatment for illnesses, injuries, burns, and even complex conditions such as cancer.*

In addition to medical care, we provide extra daily high-protein meals for students who are undernourished or recovering from illness. When needed, students also receive prescribed medication along with careful supervision to ensure proper administration and follow-up.

This holistic approach to health allows our children not only to recover but to thrive — physically, emotionally, and academically.

Waterborne diseases are rare among our children — and that’s no accident.

Thanks to the installation of boreholes and water tanks, they have access to clean, safe drinking water every day. And with hygienic toilet facilities built on-site, we’re protecting their health and dignity.

These simple but vital improvements mean fewer sick days, healthier children, and brighter futures.

In our community, steady jobs with reliable incomes are rare — and the COVID-19 pandemic made things even harder, leaving many families without a breadwinner.

That’s why the school doesn’t just educate children — it empowers families. We train and employ parents, carers, and local residents in meaningful work: running small businesses, farming, and producing concrete bricks for construction.
